The Ryad Laârouss Family organizes amazing trips to local attractions. The spa with its indoor pool and outdoor hot tub was a real treat. The rooftop restaurant had breathtaking views. Free WiFi throughout was a bonus. Sun terrace and outdoor pool were lovely.

The breakfast was satisfying and the hotel's location inside the medina made it convenient for exploring. the rooftop terrace offered a great view of the city and there was 24-hour security in place.

Felt right at home, no complaints.

Travelling with 2 children, it was great to have a hotel with a swimming pool and a cold jacuzzi/plunge pool for them to cool down. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing excellent service from airport pick up to drop off. The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady went above and beyond, making our room even nicer than when we left it. The breakfast spread was delicious and the kitchen staff was welcoming. The location had plenty of fruit markets and little stores nearby, making it convenient for us.

The breakfast at this hotel was great, they had a variety of options and it was a good way to start the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide recommendations. The hotel had a nice sunroof where you could relax and enjoy the sunshine. One of the best things about this place was definitely the value for money, it offered good quality at an affordable price.

That the hotel is split into two buildings, so if your room is in the other building, you have to walk about 50 meters to get to the main building with the restaurant and the pools. This could be a bit inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage or if you're traveling with kids.

The value for money at Ryad Laarouss Family was excellent, with a comfortable room, great views, and wonderful staff who treated us with care and kindness. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of Jemaa el Fna square and surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere.

The views from the top of the Ryad were breathtaking, especially during sunset and sunrise. The freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was simply delicious. The architecture inside the Ryad was beautiful and added to the overall charm. The rooms were clean, cozy, and luxurious. Despite a small hiccup with the shower in one of the rooms, the staff promptly addressed the issue and provided a room upgrade. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, stunning views, and friendly staff.

The continental breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and left us feeling super satisfied. We were greeted by the lovely breakfast kitchen staff every morning, making us feel right at home. Despite initially feeling a bit isolated in the annexe, we were reassured by the 24-hour security staff who were always there to let us in and out. The friendly and English-speaking staff made communication a breeze, and they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with excursions, gave us tips on where to go, and even offered us a GREAT price for a trip to the Atlas Mountains. The rooftop terrace was a jaw-dropping sun trap with stunning views of the city. our stay was mind-blowing, thanks to the amazing staff and the fantastic price.

This hotel had a 24-hour front desk, which was really convenient for me as a busy traveler. The room I stayed in was a quadruple room, and it had air conditioning, which was a relief in the Marrakesh heat. The luxury rooms were housed in a beautiful traditional Moroccan-style house, giving it a unique and authentic feel. The room itself had a flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a long day. The private bathroom was also a plus, providing privacy and convenience. The suite was located in Dar Laârouss, a great location for exploring the city.

I personally found that the room could have benefited from having one extra bed.

We stayed in a family-run hotel in the heart of the old town. the location was convenient, although a bit overcrowded and potentially unsafe at night. It was a challenge to navigate the narrow streets and find the hotel, especially when using the local taxis. once we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff, including Simo, who made our stay enjoyable. the room was comfortable and cleaned daily at no additional charge. the breakfast spread was delicious and filling, served by lovely staff members. Despite the crowded area, we were able to enjoy great views of the sunset from the rooftop.
